Purpose designed from the ground up to provide the most comfortable setting and a perfect harmonious environment. located centrally in Petaling Jaya, it provides the convenience for their love ones to visit as well as cater for easy access to all healthcare facilities found around the area.
Concept
The place is designed for able-bodied senior citizens but yet still requires some form of assistance/monitoring. Long gone are those senior centers which cramped senior citizens into a home disregarding of their health conditions. This in return will create a stressful environment to all the residences inside as their needs and behaviors are not addressed separately and categorically.
The best thing about this place is it is EXTREMELY low density. There will only be 6 rooms available to share between 9 residence.
Who is it for?
Are your sons/daughters are working oversea and would like to gained more freedom thru breaking free of the conventional house ownership that comes with financial and maintenance burden? Do you want to start enjoying your golden age without worrying about grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning or even petty things like doing the laundry? Do you want to stay in a place where there are 24 hours caregivers to give you assistance whenever necessary and provide medication managements to you? If you say “YESSS” to all of the above, our centre in SS3 will be your top consideration!
Bedrooms
The rooms will be a mixed of twin sharing or single bedded room; and each room will have direct access to toilet and shower facilities

You will be delighted to find that we have one of the largest living area provided for such a low density of residence. Our philosophy is to provide a space where a resident can truly call the place their home, hence all furniture choices and arrangements are carefully planned to reflect the comfort and warmth that a home should provide.
The dining area has a cafe theme that is both hip and welcoming, with a hanging light tastefully installed to create a warm ambient

We are extremely proud of this property, as it not only provides a nice indoor living experience, but also an ample outdoor environment for the comfort and leisure of all the residences.
